Delaware is known as “The First State” and “The Small Wonder” with a capital of Dover. Delaware is a Middle Atlantic State in the United States of America. Delaware is the second-smallest state in the United States, Rhode Island being the smallest. Delaware is bounded by Pennsylvania, Delaware River, New Jersey, the Atlantic Ocean and Maryland.vIn 2005, the average weekly wage was $937, ranking 7th in the nation.
