 Introduction
Colorado is known as “The Centennial State” with Denver as its capital. Colorado Eastern Plains contain the High Plains, the section of the plains within Colorado with elevations ranging from 3315 to 6562 feet. Kansas and Nebraska border Colorado to the east. Agricultural products are cattle, wheat, dairy products, corn, and hay. Multi-faceted notable for its scientific research and high-technology industries. Colorado’s industries include food processing, transportation equipment, machinery, chemical products, and minerals such as gold and molybdenum. Denver is the financial center.
